Lumenosis AI ("we", "our") provides AI agent services to real estate professionals. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how we keep it secure.

What we collect

• Contact information you submit through forms or calls (name, email, phone, company).
• Voice recordings of calls answered by our AI agents on your behalf, where two-party consent permits.
• Email and SMS content sent through your inbound channels for the purpose of replying.
• CRM records you authorize us to read or write.

Why we collect it

To deliver the service you hired us for: answer your calls, qualify your leads, book your appointments, log everything in your CRM. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train any third-party model.

How long we keep it

For the duration of your contract plus thirty days. After that, we purge.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or revoke consent at any time by emailing privacy@lumenosis.com.

Subprocessors

We use Twilio (telephony), OpenAI / Anthropic (model inference), Vercel (hosting), GoHighLevel (CRM), and Fillout (forms). Each subprocessor signs a data processing agreement covering the standards we hold ourselves to.
